God is ready to take center stage! Well, Jim Parsons is ready to give up his body for God to take over center stage. Or something. The Emmy winner (Parsons, not God—does God have an Emmy?) stopped by The Tonight Show on March 16 to chat with Jimmy Fallon about his new, sacred role in Broadway’s upcoming An Act of God. “I get to say all this stuff about religion and God, but it’s not me,” he explains. “It’s just my body! It’s an exorcism!” We can’t stress this enough—it’s the Almighty on stage, not Parsons, so he just asks that you don’t yell “Bazinga” at him during the show. An Act of God begins performances at Studio 54 on May 5.
